These terms of use are established between the web hosting service provider (Globalhost d.o.o., Kralja Tvrtka 42, 72290 Novi Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, ID number: 4236611790005, VAT number: 236611790005 hereinafter referred to as CentoHost) and the service user, who may be any legal or natural person (hereinafter referred to as the USER). The following terms of use are necessary to ensure the highest quality of service to all our users, while also fulfilling our legal and moral obligations. Failure to comply with any of the terms listed below will result in the suspension of the user account without prior notice.
Our servers are intended for lawful activities. Transmission, storage, distribution of information, data, or materials that violate any laws or regulations is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property used without authorization, and material that is obscene, offensive, constitutes an unlawful threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of unacceptable content or links:
• Pirated software
• Hacker programs or archives
• Warez sites
• MP3s
• IRC bots
The user of our services agrees to indemnify and hold CentoHost harmless from any claims arising from the use of services in a manner that damages the subscriber or any other party. CentoHost solely determines what constitutes a violation of these rules.
Currently, we do not allow the use of IRC, Egg Drops, BNC, or IRC bots on our servers. Files with guidelines on IRC or any of the above are prohibited. Also, any program that acts as an IRC server or provides chat services in the background is not allowed.
On leased Shared web hosting services, we do not allow any proxy servers, either for personal or business use. Files that act or behave like proxies, or contain guidelines on proxies or anything similar are prohibited.
On the rented Shared web hosting service, background programs and scripts such as:
• IRC serveri
• Traffic Exchange, HitLeap, Automated Browsing, Crawlers, iMarcos, AutoSurf...
• Email Marketing / Mass Mailing
• Audio/Video Streaming
• Investicijski sajtovi (HYIP, FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
• Bank Debentures / Bank Debenture Trading Programi
• MUDs / RPGs / PBBGs
• Fraudulent / Phishing / Replike sajtova
• Programi za rudarenje kripto valuta
• zPanel / Sentora / Kloxo Panel
• DDoS-prone aplikacije ili booteri / flood skripte / IP spoofing programi
• IP Skeneri / Port Skeneri ili Bruteforce Programi
• Open DNS resolveri or recursori
• Cracking alati
Spamming, or sending a large volume of unsolicited email messages, through or over servers hosted by CentoHost, or using an email address served by CentoHost, is strictly prohibited. CentoHost determines when this rule is violated.
Any attempt to destabilize or damage CentoHost servers or our customers', and unjustified use of our technical support resources, is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with all specified guidelines and rules will result in the deactivation of the user account and/or civil liability. We reserve the right to remove any user account without prior notice with reasons for the termination provided.
The USER is responsible for all activities originating from their user account, unless it is proven to be a victim of external hacking or address forgery. The USER is responsible for securing their own username and password. The USER assumes responsibility for all material on their website, uploaded by someone else. The use of CentoHost services requires a certain level of knowledge of Internet languages, protocols, and programs.
CentoHost performs weekly and monthly backups on all Shared Web Hosting servers. CentoHost is not responsible for lost data, time, income, or any other resources due to poor or nonexistent backups. By accepting these terms of use, the user agrees to take responsibility for their data and to create their own backups independently of CentoHost.
The "Unlimited Hosting" package is based on fair use of resources, and fair usage is defined by the experience of users of that package. This means that the utilization of our resources must not be significantly higher than the utilization achieved by existing users of that package. The "Unlimited Hosting" package must not be used for the following purposes:
• Streaming content (different from your website's content)
• Editing very large photo galleries
• Storing a large number of uncompressed or large digital photos
• Public online FTP
• Distributing a large number of audio or video files, such as MP3 files
• Online backups (e.g., personal computer or laptop backups, and/or other files not directly related to your website)
The user of the "Unlimited Web Hosting" package agrees that CentoHost d.o.o. may remove unauthorized and inappropriate materials from our server at any time, without prior notice, if the user violates any of the aforementioned rules. The user of the "Unlimited Hosting" package agrees that CentoHost d.o.o. may delete the following files if they excessively consume disk space, especially if such action negatively affects other users:
• cPanel, or other locally stored backups
• Locally stored Softaculous backups
• Softaculous backup temp files
• Locally stored CMS backups
• CMS backup temp files
• CMS backup logs
• Error logs of excessive size
Any other excessively large files that are not essential for the basic functionality of the website or do not contain data of significant importance.
After a domain name expires, it goes through three periods:
Grace period:
After your domain name expires, it enters the grace period, during which you have the opportunity to renew it without any additional reactivation fees. The grace period lasts for 30 days.
Redemption period:
If you fail to renew your domain name within the grace period, you have an additional 30 days (the redemption period) during which you still have the right to renew it. However, during the redemption period, renewing the domain name incurs additional fees. These fees vary for different types of domains, so please check the prices before deciding to renew your domain name during the redemption period. After the expiration of the redemption period, the domain registration is deleted, and the domain name becomes available for general registration. The reactivation fee for a .ba domain name in the redemption period is 15.00€, while the fee for international domains in the redemption period is 250.00€.
Delete period:
The delete period is a 5-day period after the expiration of the redemption period during which the domain registration is deleted, and the domain becomes available for general registration. During the delete period, it is not possible to renew the domain name, and the domain name cannot be reserved for future registration. After the expiration of the delete period, the domain name becomes available for general registration unless the main registry retains it for auction.
Please be aware of the time constraints regarding domain expiration and renewal and make sure to make the payment for renewal in a timely manner, preferably several days before the domain expiration date. Funds are considered received after they are credited to our transaction account.
Also, please exercise caution when registering and renewing domain names to avoid missing your desired domain. Our platform will always notify you of important dates and offer you options to renew your domain name within the deadline.
If it concerns domain registration on our service, the user agrees that their personal data such as name, address, email address, and telephone number may be published in the public WHOIS database of the domain registrar, in accordance with ICANN rules.
Users/customers can cancel the ordered service at any time. Cancellation must be done through the service cancellation option within the user panel at www.global.ba. CentoHost is not obligated to refund any fees paid, regardless of the period of service usage from which the user has opted out. If the user requests the reactivation of the service after canceling it, along with the restoration of previous user files, and if CentoHost has stored the user's files in any form and there is a possibility of restoring them, the user may be offered the restoration of those data or the reconfiguration of the user account. In case the user/customer requests the reactivation of the service after canceling it, the user/customer is obliged to make the payment in accordance with the current CentoHost service price list.
During the 25-day period from the expiration date of the service, it is in the "suspended" status. Within this period, users have the option to renew the service at the price listed in the current price list, without any additional service reactivation fees. After the expiration of the 25-day period, the service is terminated, and all user files are deleted. If the service is terminated, and the data from the user's web hosting account is still available on the backup server, it is possible to renew the service at the price listed in the current price list, with an additional one-time fee for reactivating the terminated service, which amounts to €15.00.
Our service is exclusively based on pre-paid service, which can be in periods ranging from one month to one year. CentoHost is not obligated to provide service to a user who has not settled all their dues for the upcoming ordered period. CentoHost reserves the right to deny access to all services to the USER if the USER has outstanding debts to CentoHost, until such debts are settled. CentoHost undertakes to contact the USER no later than 30 days and 7 days before the expiration of the leased service and offer them an extension or deactivation of the service. All CentoHost services are charged according to the current price list which can be found at the Internet address www.global.ba. If it is a service extension, the user pays the price according to the price list valid on the day of service extension. CentoHost d.o.o. reserves the right to change the agreed price.
Any violation and/or non-compliance with the above provisions and conditions by the user is the basis for account deactivation. CentoHost reserves the right to remove the user account without prior notice. When CentoHost notices such violations of its rules, an investigation will be initiated. During the investigation, CentoHost may restrict the user's access to prevent further potentially unauthorized activities. Depending on the severity of the violation, CentoHost may restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's account and/or take other actions related to civil liability. If the violation is a criminal offense, CentoHost will notify the appropriate authorities. Users release CentoHost from liability for any damage caused to users or others through the use of CentoHost services. CentoHost Shared Hosting/VPS services (services where multiple users share the same hardware resources) are provided as is without any warranties, express or implied. We do not claim or guarantee that our service will be complete, secure, uninterrupted, and error-free.
CentoHost reserves the right to add, delete, or change any term at any time and without prior notice.
